Chances are you've heard about the Ohio Early Care & Education Conference.
With over 3,000 attendees, it's been the talk of early childhood professionals when it comes to an inspiring learning experience. The Conference is built around the sharing of great ideas with a focus on creativity and new approaches to everyday issues and practices.

What's the best thought-provoking idea you've implemented?
What new and better ways have you discovered that have made
life and work more fun and productive?

Consider sharing your knowledge and expertise with early childhood professionals from Ohio and our neighboring states.  Help your colleagues enhance their knowledge and skills by submitting a proposal full of hands-on ideas and new strategies from the field!

Most of our attendees seek professional development and continuing education because learning never stops!  Here are some reasons our attendees desire to continue learning:

             * Staying up to date with changes in the         field;
             * Satisfying employment and education requirements;
             * Personal and professional growth;

             * Learning for the sake of learning; and
             * Fun and recreation.

"I need professional credit, but I have the most fun doing it at the conference!" ~ conference attendee

Conference dates:  April 28-30, 2011

Conference location:  Greater Columbus Convention Center
Proposal submission deadline:  September 17, 2010

Proposal selection notification: October 2010

Eager to get a head start?

We have designed a Word template that will help! We encourage you to use the template to create and refine your proposal then simply copy and paste your responses into the online system when Call for Proposals opens in early August.

Note: According to conference policies, the promotion of services or products is not permissible during sessions.

For questions about the proposal or the conference, please contact Beri Tiffany-Smith of Ohio AEYC at projects@oaeyc.org or 740-397-3098.
